Shipping

• We ship anywhere in the UK. Sorry, we do not ship anywhere else at this time.
• Any orders which cannot be fulfilled will be notified by email. We will offer you the alternative of awaiting stock availability or cancelling. If you choose to await stock arrival we will not make notification prior to order fulfilment.
• Orders are shipped either by Royal Mail 1st Class post, 24 hour courier or 3 day courier. Items shipped on a 3 day service are Large and X-Large Indigo Kennels, Giant Vari Kennels, Atlas Maxi and all Petsafe box dog runs.

Guarantee

• We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the product, not including any return carriage costs.
• All damage must be reported within 48 hours from the time of delivery. We accept no liability for claims for damage made outside this time frame.
• We will accept no liability for loss or damage for deliveries left without a signature. Any consignments left as per consignees instructions will be deemed to left at the risk of the consignee.

Returns

• You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
• The value of products returned in saleable condition will be credited minus any return carriage costs and restocking charges.
• Refunds due through card payments will be made within 30 days of return
